SGC E&C (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) regards the protection of customer personal information as important and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Through the privacy policy, we inform our customers how their personal information is being used and what measures are being taken to protect their personal information. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows. ο Destruction procedure The information entered by the person for membership registration is transferred to a separate DB (or a separate document box for physical documents) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other relevant laws for information protection (refer to the “Retention and use period of personal information” section) before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to the DP is not used for any purpose than retention unless required by law. ο Destruction method - Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make it impossible to reproduce the record. ■ Provision of personal information The company does not, in principle, provide the user’s personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases. - When required by law or when requested by investigative agencies in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigation purposes. ■ Rights of users and their legal guardians, and methods for exercising those rights Users and legal guardians can request to access, modify, or terminate their registered personal information or that of children under 14 years old at any time. To access or modify personal information of users or children under the age of 14, click on “Change personal information” (or “Modify membership information”) to access or modify information and go through the verification process. To terminate membership (withdraw consent), click on “Terminate membership” and go through the verification process. Alternatively, contact the personal information manager in writing, by phone, or by email, and the company will take prompt action. In case you request the correction of your personal information, the company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if the incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the company will promptly notify the third party of the correction results to ensure that the correction is made. The company processes the personal information that has been terminated or deleted upon the request of the user or legal guardian in accordance with the “Retention and use period of personal information” section and ensures that it is not accessed or used for any other purposes. ■ Installation, operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices The company operates cookies that store and retrieve your information on a regular basis.
